About Pi Kapp Alumni Reunion

Since 2005, and every other summer in the years between Supreme Chapters, Pi Kappa Phi alumni and guests come together at the Pi Kapp Alumni Reunion to celebrate the Fraternity and celebrate brotherhood. The event is light on programming to give guests ample time to enjoy the host city and one another.

There are no meetings and no business. Just brotherhood.

Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler: Welcome to New Orleans
Friday, July 25, 2025  I  5-7 p.m. 

Join us for a fun night featuring local New Orleans flare from the comfort of the host hotel. Tickets include light bites and a cash bar, perfect to mingle with friends before dinner and a night on the town!

Light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be provided.

Attire is casual.  

The cost for this event is $15 per person. 

Alumni Reunion Reception and Banquet 
Saturday, July 26, 2025  I  6-9 p.m.  

Join us to recognize the 2025 recipients of Pi Kappa Phi’s most prestigious awards and celebrate their many contributions to advancing the mission of the Fraternity. 

Attire is business professional. 

 The cost for the event is $135 per person. 

Hotel

Our hotel for the weekend is the JW Marriott New Orleans. Centrally located on Canal Street, just two blocks from Bourbon Street, this luxurious hotel is the perfect place to spend your weekend with family and friends. The hotel features a rooftop pool and unparalleled access to the Big Easy, from Caesar's New Orleans Casino and the Warehouse District to Bourbon Street and the Superdome.

Pi Kappa Phi has a room block with a rate of $189/night for king rooms and $209/night for queen/queen rooms. Click here to make your reservation. The room block is open until it’s full or June 23, 2025, whichever comes first.

Voodoo Queen Tour On this tour, you’ll learn about Marie Laveau, New Orleans’ unrivaled Voodoo Queen. The city adored and feared Laveau for her herbal medicines, midwife services, exorcisms, dark rituals and sacrifices. This tour will visit her original homestead.

In addition, the tour will visit Congo Square, located in Louis Armstrong Park in the Treme, the first neighborhood for free people of color. These hallowed grounds were where enslaved people gathered to share recipes, stories and music on their day off. It’s also here that gave birth to New Orleans’ gift to the world, jazz. The tour will stop by an authentic voodoo cultural center where you can learn more about the concepts covered on the tour.

Pi Kapp Alumni Reunion includes brotherhood receptions, an awards celebration and banquet and lots of free time to spend with your brothers, friends and family. A full schedule can be found here.
We welcome friends and family of all ages! Spouses/partners/friends/family aged 21 and older can register as a guest here. If you would like to register friends/family under the age of 21, please contact us for assistance.
The Alumni Reunion Banquet is coat and tie. All other events are casual.
The alumni registration fee is $75, and the guest registration fee is $50. All events are charged on an a la carte basis.
Registration fees help pay for the costs of event execution, such as room rentals, audio-visual, travel, marketing, hotel costs, etc. A la carte event prices do not include a markup.
The room rate at the JW Marriott New Orleans is $189 plus tax for a king room and $209 for a queen/queen room. Our discounted room rate is only good until our block is met or until June 23, 2025, whichever comes first.
Alumni and friends are responsible for booking their own room and may do so by clicking here.
Yes! You and your roommate must book your room together to be in the same room directly through the hotel. Cost splitting will be arranged directly with your roommate.
We recommend flying to Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY).
